The Whitney Family: Nothing to post...

Welcome to our little family blog!

We are Ryan and Lauren Whitney. We've been married for a little over four years (dating for five), and we are currently living in the beautiful state of Hawaii! Ryan is in the US Army, and I am currently just a house wife :)

We met in the singles ward in Long Beach, California, five years ago, and dated for 8 months before getting married in the Los Angeles Mormon Temple. We lived in Payson Utah for a little over three and a half years before Ryan got his first duty station on the Schofield Barracks here on Oahu. We've only been here a few months and already love it. We've also already seen a lot of sea turtles, and have gone snorkeling with beautiful schools of fish that follow us, and encircle us when we stop swimming. Underwater is truly an amazing place, and we plan on taking scuba diving lessons, just so we can say we were part of a new world for a few hours.

No children yet, but we hope that one day we'll be blessed with a small family to love and care about as much as we do each other.

We'll try to update this blog as much as we can. We're sorry if the topics aren't the best, but we'll try to come up with the best subjects we can to write about. If you ever have anything to say, please feel free to comment. We love knowing there are people out there who read this blog.
